Ollie came into the world as a 4 ounce little pink guy with no spots at all.  Over the weeks tiny dots started forming and then as he aged he filled in more and more.
He is wild and crazy, steady and strong.  This is a fun dog to show, though difficult because he tends to get too happy in the ring.  Ollie came from a breeding with Gilbert of www.EvercrestKennels.com  based in a tiny town in West Virginia.  Ollie has his moms sweet attitude balanced out with his daddys love of life.

Ollie is doing well in the show ring and at this point has most of his single points and is now looking for his majors.

Paige had a run thru at her property in Jan. 09  I took Ollie and Memo to practice what we had been learning for the last three months.  I actually worked a full course with the boys and had quite a bit of fun.  Ollie aced everything except the weave poles as we had not done them yet.  No pressure no problems.  There was a photographer there taking pictures and I was very pleased to see some of Ollie.  This is him exiting the tunnel moving on to some jumps.

Ollie is taking a break from the conformation to grow up some and mature.  In the mean time we are working in the agility ring.  Ollie LOVES the dogwalk and tunnel the best.  He has confidence on the A frame, is learning to take direction for jumps and is just having a blast!  We are training with Paige Port of Hilltop Agility in Quinton, VA.

At the end of each lesson my trainer Paige and I take the dogs for a walk around her property to let the dogs unwind.  The first time we did this I just wanted to sit and cry tears of happiness.  Ollie and Memo got to be free of the lead and run with other breeds they had only seen at the show buildings.  Their confidence has gone sky high.  They chase sticks and rip around like puppies.  There is no fighting or big dog attitude from any of the dogs.  They just run free and it is a joy to watch.

Not sure what Ollie is doing, but I make the same expression when I goof up.

A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves himself.
